Description
Purchasing and using our gift vouchers:
- Our gift voucher comes in a value from 10-150 €. For bigger or different amount please contact us at orders@malihnog.com.
- In case you would like to personalise and add a name on the design, please write it into your order comment.
- The gift voucher comes in a digital format only and will be emailed to the email address provided in the order after the payment is received.
- Gift vouchers can be used by applying the unique coupon code provided on the voucher. Please keep this code safe and do not share it with anybody, except the gifted person, as we cannot be held responsible for loss or misuse of the code. In case you would like to add an extra security for usage, we can pre-register an email address with the code from which only the purchase can be made. Please add it into the comment of your order if you would like to specify an email.
- The gift voucher can be used at once or more times. When using the gift voucher, if the purchase value do not reach the original gift voucher value, after fulfilling the order the original coupon code will be reset for the remaining amount and can be used within the original validity period.
- Gift vouchers can be used to purchase products as well as to cover additional fees (including shipping charges) related to the purchase.
- Gift vouchers are valid until the end of the consecutive year (eg. purchased on 4th April, 2021, valid until: 31st December 2022).
- Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for money.
- In case of returning the item, we return the value on the gift voucher and it can be used within the original validity period.
- No discounts can be used, or no loyalty points are gained or can be used when buying or using a gift voucher.
- Invoices – also when using the gift voucher – will be automatically issued on the original buyer, with the data provided at the time of purchasing the voucher.
