For prepaid orders (orders paid by bank transfer or bank card) the shipping cost within our beautiful country, Slovenia depends on the order amount and the payment method you select:

for orders below 15€: 4.49€,
for orders between 20-75€: 3.99€,
and for orders above 75€: free of charge.

For orders with payment on delivery, the shipping fee is  5.49€, with no free shipping possibility. We might not be able to provide payment on delivery at all times – if it’s not an available option at check-out then currently it’s not possible!

Our domestic shipping partner (in play) is GLS. Occasionally we might also use Pošta Slovenije or DPD, depending on the size of order and the availability of the couriers (eg. in pre-holiday times). All packages are tracked regardless of the courier. If we receive your payment by 10 o’clock, we try our best to despatch your package the very same day. (Even after this time, we try, we just can’t pinky promise!) Packages are delivered within 1-2 working days (but in few cases it might take up to 3-5 days according to our terms). In case you would need a last minute birthday gift, please give us a ring and we are happy to prioritise your order!

If you are from Nova Gorica or around, you can pick up your packages at our Showroom (5000 Kromberk, Nova Gorica, Industrijska cesta 5) in a pre-arranged time. It is free of charge – and you will even get some bonus smiles and a chit-chat if you wish!

Please note, though, that we are not a shop. On the spot we cannot accept payment, it needs to be done in advance via bank card or bank transfer. Also we are not open all the time (or we might be packaging back in the warehouse). So once we have received the payment and your package is ready, we will send you a message that you can collect it. We are open on weekdays between 9:00-15:00, but in certain cases we can pre-arrange an hour for pick-up outside these hours, too, because we know how life children can be! Entering the showroom is always possible complying with current health regulations.

We provide shipping within the European Union (and only the European Union – sorry peeps, from faraway lands!). We carry out shipping with GLS, DPD, or Pošta Slovenije – depending on the country, the size of package and the availability of the couriers. All packages are tracked, and we try to pick out not only the most economical but also the fastest option for you. Prices and availability of free shipping varies depending on the country, as listed below. These prices are for mainland Europe only, island destinations (eg. in Italy, France, Portugal) might be subject for additional fees.

Please note that some uniquely sized or heavier items, that needs special handling, might require an additional shipping fee of 5.00 euros (per item). We always try to be upfront about it, so if an item falls into this category you will find information on the product page about this!

In case of international shipping, only pre-payment is available. Despatch is made within 48 hours after the order, and shipping times are generally 3-7 working days depending on the destination. To neighbouring countries (including Croatia, Italy, Hungary and Austria) it takes 2-5 working days.
