For prepaid orders (orders paid by bank transfer or bank card) the shipping cost within our beautiful country, Slovenia depends on the order amount and the payment method you select:

for orders below 100€: 4.9€,
and for orders above 100€: free of charge.

For orders with payment on delivery, the shipping fee is  6.5€, with no free shipping possibility. We might not be able to provide payment on delivery at all times – if it’s not an available option at check-out then currently it’s not possible!

Please note Creatimber balance boards are considered unique items and need special handling during shipping. Therefore the shipping charge for them is 4.49€ / board – regardless of the overall value of the entire order. Nor free shipping neither the option to pay on delivery is applicable.

Our domestic shipping partner (in play) is GLS. Occasionally we might also use Pošta Slovenije or DPD, depending on the size of order and the availability of the couriers (eg. in pre-holiday times). All packages are tracked regardless of the courier. If we receive your payment by 10 o’clock, we try our best to dispatch your package the very same day. (Even after this time, we try, we just can’t pinky promise!) Packages are delivered within 1-2 working days (but in few cases it might take up to 3-5 days according to our terms). In case you would need a last minute birthday gift, please give us a ring and we are happy to prioritize your order!

You can pick up your package free of charge at our Showroom, or better yet, book a visit to explore and receive personalized assistance in selecting your next favorite toys! Our location is in Poljane (Zarnikova ulica 7a, 1000 Ljubljana), just a short walk from the city center.

Before you plan your visit, please be aware that we don’t have regular opening hours like a typical store. Therefore, we kindly ask you to schedule an appointment through our reservation system in advance, whether you’re coming to pick up an order or simply to browse. We’re generally available on weekdays between 9:00-14:00, but there may be days when we’re attending events or offering extended hours for your convenience. Our booking system provides the most current overview of our availability. Also, please note that payment at our Showroom is possible, but only via bank card!

We provide shipping within the European Union (and only the European Union – sorry peeps, from faraway lands!). We carry out shipping with GLS, DPD, or Pošta Slovenije – depending on the country, the size of package and the availability of the couriers. All packages are tracked, and we try to pick out not only the most economical but also the fastest option for you. Prices and availability of free shipping varies depending on the country, as listed below. These prices are for mainland Europe only, island destinations (eg. in Italy, France, Portugal) might be subject for additional fees.

Please note that some uniquely sized or heavier items, that needs special handling, might require an additional shipping fee of 5.00 euros (per item). We always try to be upfront about it, so if an item falls into this category you will find information on the product page about this!

Creatimber balance boards currently cannot be shipped internationally by our courier, therefore check-out is disabled for baskets containing these items. If you would like to order one, please contact us directly and we will look into the individual possibilities for you.

In case of international shipping, only pre-payment is available. Despatch is made within 48 hours after the order, and shipping times are generally 3-7 working days depending on the destination. To neighbouring countries (including Croatia, Italy, Hungary and Austria) it takes 2-5 working days.
