The güiro is a traditional percussion instrument built around a simple idea: run a stick across a textured surface and sound appears almost instantly.

HABA’s crocodile version brings that same principle to the smallest hands. No buttons, no batteries, just a wooden stick, a row of ridges and an interesting rattling sound the moment they meet. The cheerful crocodile shape and large opening make it comfortable to hold independently and turn an instrument that is usually played with two coordinated movements into something young children can explore on their own.
