Helvetiq: Mada (card game)

Don’t let the cute illustrations fool you! In this fast-paced risk taking game, you are playing ring-tailed lemurs living on the island of Madagascar. Your goal is collect as many prickly pears as possible and stay in the game as long as you can. And although it is also suitable for children (from the age of 7), adults will undoubtedly have a blast as well!

At the beginning of the game, shuffle the cards well, deal three to each player, and leave the rest in a pile in the middle of the table. Players will need to place cards equal or higher than the previous one.  When they are unable to do make their move, the round is over and that player has lost it and receives no prize. The rest of the players cash in their last card played, and a new round begins. When at least one of the players cashes in their fifth card, the game ends. The winner is the one who collected the most fruits on their cashed cards. You can also come across special surprise cards in the deck, like scorpions or lemurs, which will further colour the game.
