Floor beds are inspired by Montessori principles, supporting freedom of movement and children’s independence in a safe, accessible sleeping environment. What makes Kidozia beds unique is that they are designed to grow with the child: they can be used first as a floor bed and later easily transformed into a standard-height bed by attaching the legs included. Made from solid beech wood with rounded edges for both design and maximum safety, the beds are exceptionally solid and stable, built for long-term, everyday use from early childhood into adulthood.

    PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS: 

    • Suitable from early childhood into adulthood.
    • Material: 100% solid beechwood.
    • Furniture weight: 54 kg.
    • Size: 96 x 206 cm. Total bed height: as a floor bed 36 cm, with legs attached 50 cm. Recommended mattress size, 90 x 200 cm with 10 or 15 cm thickness. Sleeping surface height (with 10 cm mattress): as a floor bed 20 cm, with legs attached 40 cm.
    • Included: bed frame, solid beech wood slats, 4 solid wood legs, screws for assembly.
    • Needs assembly. Screws needed for assembly are included.
    • The slats are 21 mm thick for stable, comfortable mattress support. It provides better weight distribution, less flexing over time, longer mattress life and higher overall load capacity.
    • Load capacity: up to 200 kg.
    • Made in Hungary (EU).
