OplaToys: ACROBLOKS

Following in the footsteps of Primož’s ingenious toy set, the ACRO•BAT, we are proud to announce the joint development of a new and incredibly versatile building set: the ACRO•BLOKS. Much like the Acrobats, the toy’s design is rooted in Bauhaus principles, where “form follows function.” We believe that the reduced form and simplicity will spark children’s imagination. Purposefully designed pieces and unique elements offer exciting building, balancing, and engineering possibilities.

Our aim was to create a set that blurs the lines between different styles of open-ended play, dynamically following children’s fluid way of playing and creativity—from child to child and moment to moment. The pieces can function as “building blocks” within the construction, but they also resemble human figures or houses, allowing children to transform them into characters for imaginative play and act out little scenarios.

This set is fully compatible with the ACRO•BAT set, and we even encourage trying the combination to unlock even more exciting play scenarios!

The toys of Primož Rojc are very distinct from any other toy in our offer – and that’s where their beauty lies also. They remind us of old, nostalgic toys made in the workshops of our grandfathers. They are made with heart, and also by hand, and the paints and finishes therefore are a bit more uneven, and a bit rougher. Each piece is unique, and we recommend it to people who appreciate handicrafts and homemade toys, and see value in their imperfections. By purchasing this toy you are also supporting a small Slovenian family workshop.
