How to use and care for your Rubens Tummies?
For cozy sleep, colic or growing pains Tummies can offer warm cuddles to your child. You can remove and warm the wheat bag thether in CLEAN microwave or oven. In the microwave heat the bag for app. 60 seconds at 600W (less time for higher watt level). In oven heat it for app. 10 minutes on 100 C. Remains warm for app. 30-40 minutes. Warning! in order to avoid injuries, always make sure that the bag is not overheated. Check it before you offer it to your child! Never leave the wheat bag unattended in the oven or the microwave!
For fever, injuries or hot summer days the Tummies can offer a cool cuddle. Place the removable wheat bag in a freezer for 1-3 hours. It remains cold for app. 30 minutes.
To care for your wheat bag, moisturise it often by placing a glass of water next to the wheat bag in a clean microwave for 1-2 minutes at 600 W. Carry out this process also before using the bag for the first time! Ensure that the wheat bag is at room temperature before next warming or cooling session. The wheatbag should never be washed. Once the wheat bag is removed, the doll is machine-washable at 30 °C, the removable clothes should be hand-washed. We always advice you to wash the product before the first use.
