    • Care: Clean it with lukewarm soapy water gently, rinse and dry it out well.  Do not put it into the dishwasher, and do not expose the wood to excessive wetness! Apply vegetable oil on its surface regularly. Not recommended for cutting meat or fish for hygienic reasons. Do not put it into microwave.
