A playful sorting game hidden inside a little bucket. Children quickly discover the satisfying action of dropping the pieces through the lid. The two different openings invite experimentation as toddlers test which shapes fit where. The coin-shaped discs slide easily through the slot, while the cylinders drop through the round opening. As they grasp, turn and place the pieces, children naturally develop fine motor skills, hand–eye coordination and an early understanding of shapes.

The fun doesn’t end once the pieces disappear. By opening the lid, children can retrieve their treasures and start again — often repeating the game many times in a row.

And like many good toddler toys, the bucket itself quickly becomes part of the play. Little ones love collecting, filling, emptying and carrying things from place to place. These familiar play patterns support the natural schemas children explore at this age, such as transportation and collection.
